About your order
- Order your product *We accept orders placed up until 12:00 noon on weekdays on the same day, and orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.

After that, we will check the stock status and send you an order confirmation email.
*If you reply to an email automatically sent from the system, we cannot check it in our system. If you have any message to send, please be sure to reply or contact us via email from our staff. - Order confirmation email sent <br/>We will normally send you an email confirming your order the next business day.
This will confirm your order details, provide payment information, and inform you of expected delivery date.
Please note that if our store is closed on weekends, national holidays, the New Year holidays, Obon holidays, etc., your order may be processed on the next business day or later. - Payment confirmation <br/>We will confirm your payment depending on your preferred payment method.
- Product Shipping <br/>We will process your order within 0-3 days. After the shipping process is completed, your order will arrive in about 5 business days due to international shipping.

This is a coupon that requires customers to enter a code. When used, the regular selling price is automatically discounted, and the price displayed on the order confirmation screen is the final discounted price.

Important points to note when using credit cards
- We cannot accept orders if the cardholder is different from the person placing the order. If the card is in a family member's name or maiden name, please let us know.

Returns and defective products

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

- If 7 days have passed since the product arrived without any special reason
